I bought two of 250 GB about a year ago and they are still working; no complains except that... why two USB connections? one is enough in most laptops.Get more detail about SimpleTech by Hitachi Signature Mini 320 GB USB 2.0 Portable External Hard Drive FS-U25/320H (Black Cherry).

SanDisk Standard - Flash memory card - 2 GB - SD Top Quality

This memory cards works perfectly in my Canon PowerShot SD630. Since my camera is an older model, it's limited to 2GB. I'm happy with this purchase. Highly recommended.Get more detail about SanDisk Standard - Flash memory card - 2 GB - SD.

Seagate Maxtor OneTouch 4 Lite 500 GB USB 2.0 External Hard Drive STM305004OTA3E1-RK This instant

This device can be scary. Like the other reviewers, the Maxtor OneTouch 4 just stopped working a few months after I bought it. I'd put all of my pictures and a few other big files on it to make some room om my older HD. (Don't do this....use it only as a backup!!). In any case, when it did fail, I searched for a solution and found a write up at: http://forums.seagate.com/stx/board/message?board.id=onetouch&message.id=5315

It's likely, although not certain, that the problem is with the Maxtor enclosure and not the Seagate drive that's in it. That write up tells you how to disassemble the Maxtor OneTouch 4 and install the Seagate drive that's in it in a new HD enclosure (make sure you get an enclosure with a "SATA" connection). I used a Rocketfish enclosure, but others will work. It worked great, and all my data was recognized. You void the warranty on the Maxtor, and you have to pay for a new enclosure, but you get your data back. Many thanks to the genius who posted the instructions!Get more detail about Seagate Maxtor OneTouch 4 Lite 500 GB USB 2.0 External Hard Drive STM305004OTA3E1-RK.

Kingston DataTraveler I 8 GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive DTI/8GB-4P - Trim 4 Pack (Black) Immediately

I have used a handful of different brands of USB flash drives and other storage media and I have found Kingston to be the most reliable and simple to use. Kingston is the only brand I trust to put up with my kids' abuses (forgetting to shut down the drive, inserting and removing the drive a bit roughly, etc). Of course, flash drives of any brand aren't designed for such abuse, but we've never lost a file from a Kingston drive nor has one ever fallen apart on us. I can't say that much for other brands we have tried.

The four pack of 8GB drives is perfect for my kids since I have four of them. My youngest has a tendency to go exploring the computer's drives and moving or deleting files, so it was important for each of my kids to have their own storage device for their own files.

The lid slides onto the back of the drive while you are using it. These are all the same color, so I tied a bit of I-cord in different colors to each drive for identification purposes and the lid still slides on well. You can also use a Sharpee to mark on these.

I don't bother with the other brands anymore. Whenever I need storage media, I head straight for Kingston.Get more detail about Kingston DataTraveler I 8 GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive DTI/8GB-4P - Trim 4 Pack (Black).

Transcend TS512MCF80 512MB 80x Type I Compact Flash Card Best Quality

I have an old digital camera that only takes this size flash card. Fits perfectly and works grand. I love my old camera and did not want to buy a new one. So I shopped on Amazon and found what I wanted. The only sad part was I asked for fast shipping and it took 10 days. I will admit there was a holiday involved, but it still came too late for my vacation.
The product is great, the shipping was BAD!Get more detail about Transcend TS512MCF80 512MB 80x Type I Compact Flash Card.
